Guerreros de David ATX ("the academy") respects the privacy of families and players. This notice explains what we collect through our website chat and WhatsApp, and how we use it.
Parent or guardian name, mobile number and, if you share it, email and area of Austin. For each child: first name, birth year, previous soccer experience and preferred position. We do not ask for or store payment card numbers, bank details or government ID in the chat.
To place your child in the right age group, schedule trial practices, send reminders, follow up on registration, and manage team rosters and fees. Our virtual assistant (an AI) answers messages on behalf of the academy, and our coaches can read and reply to the conversation.
Only academy staff and the technology provider that operates the website and assistant for the academy. We never sell your information.
You can ask us at any time, in the chat or on Facebook, to update or delete your family's information.
